Electrolyte Powder & Sachet Fulfilment UK
Electrolyte ranges can combine individual sachets, retail boxes, refill pouches and accessories. Getting the unit of sale right is essential: one box and one sachet are not the same warehouse instruction. 3PLWOW can scope fulfilment around your sealed products, trial offers and recurring customer orders.

Define sachet, box and bundle units
List every sellable format with a distinct SKU, weight and contents description. If a supplier carton contains twelve retail boxes, receiving records should make that relationship clear. Explain whether customer orders refer to a retail box, loose sachets or an assembled sampler. This prevents a stock number from appearing correct while representing the wrong physical unit.
Specify sampler contents precisely
A mixed-flavour pack needs a component list and quantities for each flavour. Include the outer pack, insert and any accessory. Decide how you want shortages handled: hold the order, contact your team or use a specifically approved substitute. Do not allow a general phrase such as mixed selection to stand in for a controlled recipe.
Account for lightweight-order packaging
Sachets can be compact, but the completed package must still suit the contents and carrier requirements. Provide sample packs so protection, presentation and parcel dimensions can be checked. Trial orders, bulk purchases and recurring boxes may need different packaging. Agree those profiles in advance and include any batch/date instructions relevant to the products.
A WORKED EXAMPLE
Make the brief practical
Example brief: a trial pack contains two sachets from each of three flavours, one information card and a branded sleeve. The warehouse receives that exact recipe, while your normal retail box remains a separate order profile.
What to prepare
- Unit-of-sale definitions for every format
- Sampler recipes by flavour and quantity
- Weights, dimensions and pack samples
- Shortage, batch/date and substitution rules
Questions to settle before go-live
Can I sell both single flavours and mixed selections?
Yes, the workflow can distinguish them when each selection has an exact component definition. Share the recipes and channel SKU mappings before launch.
Does a sachet order automatically qualify for letterbox delivery?
No. The complete packed size, weight and chosen carrier service determine suitability. Agree the actual package and service rather than relying on the product format alone.
