It lists fulfilment, packaging, storage, subscription and extra services as pricing components. These different pricing structures do not establish which provider will cost less for your business. Ask both to price the same order mix, delivery services and stock levels, then compare the complete totals. Confirm current terms directly before making a decision.
Check how your actual orders will be handled
A simple single-item parcel and a starter kit need different warehouse instructions. If your catalogue includes multiple flavours, bundles, accessories or promotional inserts, send examples of those orders during the quoting process.
For example, a collagen brand might sell one pouch, a three-product bundle and a starter kit containing a brush and a sample. Ask the fulfilment team to explain the picking, packing and charging rules for each. Confirm whether a kit arrives assembled or is built from individual components.
