Branded Merchandise Fulfilment UK

Employee packs, event merchandise and customer gifts can combine clothing, stationery and accessories in one order. Variants and recipient details make the job more involved than packing identical cartons. 3PLWOW can discuss fulfilment and kit assembly around your branded merchandise campaign.

Connect sizes and variants to recipients

List each product and size as a distinct SKU, including colour or edition where it matters. Recipient records should identify the required pack version and any variable item. A welcome pack with a medium shirt differs from the large-shirt version even when the rest of the contents are identical. Test those differences before starting the batch.

Distinguish single-address and bulk deliveries

A carton sent to an event venue has a different packing and labelling brief from individual home deliveries. Specify the unit quantities, carton limits, venue reference and delivery contact where required. For customer gifts, agree presentation and protective packaging. Supply representative order profiles so storage, assembly and dispatch can be quoted appropriately.

Plan remaining campaign inventory

Decide how spare sizes, outdated artwork and returned parcels should be handled after the campaign. A reusable component can remain available for later packs, while date-specific material may need a hold instruction. Agree how your team will request future releases and update the packing brief without losing track of which edition is current.

A WORKED EXAMPLE

Make the brief practical

Example brief: new-starter packs contain a notebook, bottle and shirt in the employee’s selected size. Event packs use the same bottle but different printed material. Separate pack recipes let both campaigns share stock without mixing their inserts.

What to prepare

  • Merchandise SKUs and size mapping
  • Recipient or bulk-delivery records
  • Campaign-specific recipes and presentation
  • Remaining-stock and edition-change rules

Questions to settle before go-live

Can merchandise orders go to staff homes?

Individual-address fulfilment can be discussed with an agreed recipient-data process. Provide complete addresses, selected variants and the required dispatch reporting.

Can you store spare merchandise for later?

Storage and subsequent release can form part of the scoped service. Include anticipated stock levels, the likely storage period and the frequency of future orders.
