Built around your operation

Make the warehouse part of your launch plan.

Practical details, clear instructions and a fulfilment process shaped around your products.

01

Give the warehouse a forecast with a range

Share the launch date, expected orders, likely peak period and an upper estimate. Separate orders already sold from a marketing forecast. Explain whether purchases will arrive steadily, in a single release or as pre-orders. Capacity and dispatch expectations need to be agreed from that information, not assumed from the campaign date.

02

Book stock in before promising dispatch

Arrange delivery dates, carton labels, SKU quantities and the product information needed for receiving. Allow time to identify shortages or damaged stock. A customer launch date should take account of stock being received and available, rather than simply a supplier’s estimated arrival at the warehouse.

03

Freeze the packing instructions

Supply one approved specification for every launch bundle, insert and packaging variant. A gift set with two products and a card differs from the same two products sold separately. Document substitutions and shortages so the team knows when to hold an order rather than make a brand decision on your behalf.

04

Test the complete customer journey

Use representative test orders covering a standard basket, a bundle, a delivery upgrade and any overseas destination you plan to serve. Check the imported order, stock allocation, packing method and tracking workflow. Resolve exceptions before opening a campaign to a larger audience.

05

Keep communication practical on launch day

Agree who can authorise changes, when order amendments stop and how problems are escalated. Send changes through one agreed channel. Last-minute packaging or promotional changes can affect handling time and service selection, so they need to be assessed rather than silently added to the warehouse queue.

06

Include the work after the launch

Plan unused packaging, remaining stock, returns and the move to ordinary order volumes. For a quote, send campaign timing, product dimensions, expected baskets, packaging requirements and delivery destinations. We can scope receiving, storage, picking, assembly and dispatch around your actual launch.

Straight answers

Your questions, answered.

Can you guarantee every launch order leaves the same day?

Dispatch capacity, cut-offs and expectations must be agreed for the campaign. A product launch does not create an automatic same-day guarantee.

Can you handle pre-orders?

We can discuss a workflow for holding and releasing orders once stock and instructions are ready. The store setup and release process must be tested.

Can launches include influencer packs?

We can assess packs with agreed contents, inserts and presentation requirements. Bespoke assembly work should be included in the quote.
